Home of the telecom corridor and many successful start-ups, Richardson enjoys fabulous suburban amenities with easy city access and Richardson ISD provides top-notch publics education to its residents. Richardson is located north of Dallas and south of Plano TX. The Dart Rail Line, running adjacent to this area, helped fuel its popularity. Housing ranges from older, smaller starter homes to large, stately newer construction. Richardson has some of the easiest access to many major highways (I75/North Central Expressway, Interstate 635, and Highway 190), making it a good choice for commuters.
